Sambal Goreng Malaya
This dish features a rich, coconut-based paste infused with dried shrimp, lemongrass, galangal, and crispy fried shallots. It's then combined with a medley of fresh vegetables like French beans, tau kua (pressed tofu), potatoes, vermicelli noodles, and chilies.
For an authentic Malayan twist, we swap tempeh for tender potatoes. Vibrant and full of flavor, this vegetarian delight offers a perfect balance of textures and spices.

Rusuk Lembu Kicap
Succulent Angus beef short ribs, bone-in, are slow-braised for hours in a fragrant, sweet-savory kicap gravy. Infused with aromatic cinnamon, star anise, and a delicate blend of spices, the result is melt-in-your-mouth tenderness with bold, irresistible flavors.
